Blair is a lovable dog who requires a patient and caring home. She had been tethered to a chain for nearly two years. Blair would be most comfortable as the only pet in the household, but with some patience, she did get along with other dogs in her foster home. However, it would be better if she was in a household without young children, as she has a lot of energy and could accidentally knock them down (she is not aggressive at all).
